JESBER operates in full alignment with COPE guidelines, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability. The Editor-in-Chief shall serve as the final authority on all editorial decisions. Editors and reviewers shall be required to recuse themselves from manuscripts in which they have any personal, institutional, financial, or academic conflict of interest.
